Dashy
Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 June 2026.
These terms are a production draft for Dashy. They describe expected use of the service while the rebuilt platform is being prepared for launch.
Use of Dashy
You may use Dashy to configure checks, publish dashboards, and share status information for services you own or are authorised to monitor.
Acceptable use
- Do not monitor targets you are not authorised to access.
- Do not use Dashy to attack, overload, scrape, or probe third-party services.
- Do not publish unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through public dashboards.
- Do not attempt to abuse automated, prompt-driven, or dashboard-generation features.
Security and abuse monitoring
Dashy may record IP addresses, forwarded IP headers, user agents, requested paths, response status codes, timestamps, and signed-in account identifiers to secure the service, investigate misuse, and prevent abuse of automated or prompt-driven features.
Service availability
Dashy aims to be reliable, but no uptime commitment is made in this draft unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Liability
Dashy should not be your only incident or compliance system. You remain responsible for validating the accuracy and completeness of public status information.
Production note
These terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
