Dashy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026.
Dashy collects the account, team, configuration, and monitoring data needed to provide status dashboards and related services. This policy explains the data we expect to process as the product moves toward production.
Data we process
- Account details such as name, email address, authentication state, and team membership.
- Dashboard configuration such as dashboard names, visibility settings, linked checks, alert rules, and custom domains.
- Monitoring data such as target URLs or hosts, result status, response duration, status code, certificate expiry information, and execution timestamps.
- Operational and security logs such as IP address, forwarded IP headers, user agent, requested path, response status, timestamp, and signed-in account id where available.
How we use data
We use data to operate Dashy, run checks, show dashboards, maintain account security, detect misuse, rate-limit or investigate abusive activity, protect prompt-driven dashboard features, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Configuration data is retained while an account or workspace is active. Monitoring history may be retained for operational reporting and troubleshooting. Retention windows will be made configurable as the production service matures.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. Send requests to privacy@dashy.com.
Production note
This policy is a working production draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
