Dashy
GDPR and Data Protection
Last updated: 8 June 2026.
Dashy is being designed to support GDPR-aware operations for customers and operators in the UK and EU.
Roles
For account and product usage data, Dashy is expected to act as a controller. For monitoring data entered by customers about their own services, Dashy may act as a processor depending on the final customer agreement.
Security measures
- HTTPS is used for public and app endpoints.
- Account and configuration data are separated from monitoring result storage.
- Operational logging is structured to support audit and troubleshooting.
- Access to private dashboards and account areas is restricted by authentication and dashboard visibility settings.
Data subject requests
Requests can be sent to privacy@dashy.com. We will need enough information to identify the relevant account or workspace.
Subprocessors
The production subprocessor list will be published before commercial launch. Current infrastructure is a test Linux VPS while the product is rebuilt.
